Should you receive the incorrect size or style, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns. Returned items should be returned registered unused in its original packing. *Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns. Should you nevertheless receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. If the item is indeed defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you.  If apparel is darker/lighter than pictured, clothing had minor color differences from the picture, should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. *We assess a 10% restocking fee on all items and the shipping fee is non-refundable because that is paid to our shipping agents - please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit or to prevent any problems.
